Ating Komunidad is built upon the Filipino tradition of Bayanihan.

Every member is encouraged to voluntarily help according to his or her ability.

No amount is too small.

No act of kindness is insignificant.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Membership is open to individuals who:

• Are willing to become part of the Komunidad family.

• Agree with the Mission and Vision.

• Accept the Code of Conduct.

• Complete the membership registration.

• Support the spirit of volunteerism.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Applicants provide:

• Full Name

• Complete Address

• Mobile Number

• Email Address (optional)

• Birthdate

• Emergency Contact

• Beneficiary

• GCash Number

• Valid Government ID (if required)

Members will receive:

• Membership Number

• Digital Membership ID

• Access to member announcements

• Eligibility for member programs

MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Every member agrees to:

• Respect fellow members.

• Keep personal information accurate.

• Observe honesty.

• Participate in community activities whenever possible.

• Protect the reputation of Ating Komunidad.

• Follow official announcements.

MEMBER BENEFITS

COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE

Ating Komunidad promotes voluntary giving.

Members may voluntarily extend financial assistance through official payment channels whenever another member experiences:

• Accident

• Hospitalization

• Death in the family

• Natural disaster

• Emergency situations

All assistance depends on available voluntary contributions.

No benefit amount is guaranteed.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members shall:

✔ Respect everyone.

✔ Avoid discrimination.

✔ Refrain from spreading false information.

✔ Avoid offensive language.

✔ Protect confidential information.

✔ Resolve disagreements respectfully.

✔ Represent Komunidad with integrity.

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

Violations may result in:

1. Friendly Reminder

2. Written Warning

3. Temporary Suspension

4. Termination of Membership

Serious violations may result in immediate removal.

Official announcements are made through:

• Official Messenger Community

• Email (when available)

Members should avoid relying on unofficial sources.

OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE

Members may purchase official items such as:

• Membership ID

• T-shirts

• Caps

• Lapel Pins

• Key Chains

• Tote Bags

• Other official merchandise

Only officially approved merchandise may carry the Ating Komunidad logo.

DATA PRIVACY

Ating Komunidad respects the privacy of every member.

Personal information will be used only for legitimate organizational purposes and handled in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy laws.

Is membership open to everyone?

Yes, subject to compliance with membership requirements.

Is financial assistance guaranteed?

No. Assistance depends on voluntary community support and available resources.

Can I resign from membership?

Yes. Membership may be voluntarily terminated at any time.
